- Young Investigator Award: This award recognises excellence in research and fosters further work at a top scientific level. The prize of 5,000 EUR offers opportunities for professional growth.
- Emerging Young Investigator Award: This award recognises talented scientists from low- or lower-middle-income countries (LMIC) who shine in the fields of CM and ID. Awardees will receive 5,000 EUR to use for books, educational materials, attending congresses, or seeking specialised training. ESCMID also covers registration, travel, and accommodation fees for ESCMID Global during the year of the award.
