A call to recruit 2 new members of the ESCMID Emerging Infections Subcommittee is now open. The office’s term is from April 2025 to April 2029 (4-year term from ESCMID Global to ESCMID Global).

We are currently looking for members with the following profiles: a Clinical Microbiologist with public health focus and a Virology Specialist.

The first REVIVE webinar of 2025 will take place this week on 23 January 2025 and is entitled “The importance of chemical synthesis for antimicrobial R&D”.
