The application deadline to participate in the next ESCMID Guidelines course closes tomorrow 26 February 2025.
The yearly ESCMID course on systematic reviews, meta-analyses and the GRADE approach for guidelines development will be held in Rome, Italy, 19 - 22 May 2025. The course is a mix of interactive lectures and practical exercises and is intended for junior clinicians and researchers. The course is free of charge, but attendance requires submitting an application and attendees will be asked to contribute to future ESCMID Guidelines. Learn more and apply today!

There are several open positions for ESCMID subcommittees for those interested in becoming leaders within the ESCMID community.
The Emerging Infections Subcommittee is accepting applications for two new members; a clinical microbiologist with a public health focus and a virology specialist. This call closes tomorrow 26 February 2025!
The Ethics Advisory Committee is looking for two new members to join from April 2025 to April 2029. This independent body works to council ESCMID on specific ethical, regulatory, social and philosophical issues for the Society. This call closes 28 February 2025.
The Scientific Affairs Subcommittee is also accepting applications for two new members to begin in April 2025. Applicants should be an expert in either Clinics & Therapeutics or Diagnostics. This call closes 14 March 2025.
